OFFICE NOTE KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 19.04.2022 This petition is filed by the petitioners/Accused No.1 and 2, seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court on 04.04.2022 in Criminal Petition No.275 of 2022, wherein the petitioners were directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Kodangal on every Sunday between 10 a.m and 2 p.m. till completion of the trial.

The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that investigation in this crime is completed and charge sheet is also laid.

In the said circumstances, the condition is modified and the petitioners shall appear before the SHO., Kodangal on 1st Sunday of every month, till receipt of summons from the trial court and thereafter shall appear in the trial court on every date of hearing.

This petition is disposed of accordingly.
