Petitioner's grievance is that his application dt.03.01.2015, seeking regularization of the land in his occupation, made under G.O.Ms.No.59 Revenue (ASSN.II) Department dt.30.12.2014 is still pending consideration before the 3rd respondent. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that a number of similar applications are pending before the Committee dealing with the issue and that at least six (06) months time is required for the Committee to pass orders on the petitioner's application.

3. In view of the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's application dt.03.01.2015, seeking regularization of the land in his occupation under G.O.Ms.No.59, dt.30.12.2014, within a period of six

(06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
