HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.6519 OF 2010 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent-Agricultural Market Committee Authorities in not permitting the petitioners from carrying on the business in the Market Yard notwithstanding the fact that they have been issued valid licenses.

Heard both sides.

In the counter-affidavit filed by the Agricultural Market Committee, it is stated that the answering authorities have constructed the separate vegetable stalls and allotted them to the petitioners to do vegetable business in the L.B. Nagar Vegetable Market Yard by providing the required facilities. It is further stated that the answering respondent never interfered in the business of the petitioners for purchase and sale of vegetables in L.B. Nagar market yard and the petitioners are continuing to do business in the market yard.

In the light of what has been extracted above, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed and no further orders as such are required.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
