This Petition coming on for hearing. upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Dr. B Karthik Narayan, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respotldent No.1 . The Court made the following: ORDER

The present Criminal Petition is filed questioning the order dated 11.03.2024 passed by the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad (for short, "the trial Court") in C.C.No' lO49 of 2024'

2. Heard Sri Dr' B. Karthik Narayan, learned counsel for petitioner, and Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla' learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-State. Perused the record'

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would strongly contend that it is a false case registered fraudulently and that the property in question is pertaining to one Ms. Maniamma on the strength of Form-D Patta certificate vide document bearing No.F/4569/95 issued by none other than Revenue Divisional Officer, Hyderabad on 15.O8.1995. Therefore, the question of trespass does not arise. He would further fairly admit that there is no progress in the investigation. However, he would seek indulgence of I
