The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.0.75 cents in Sy.No.741/7 and Ac.1.75 cents in Sy.No.741/8 of Chapalamadugu Village, Pallacheruvu Mandal, Prakasham District and pattadar passbooks were also issued in his favour. The petitioner also obtained agricultural loan and the same was waived by the Government in the year 2014-2015. While so, when the petitioner approached the office of the 4th respondent for 1-B record and Adangal for the purpose of renewal of loan in the bank, he came to know that his name was deleted from the online records. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner approached the 4th respondent for restoration of his name in the online records. But no action has been initiated by the respondent authorities. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court while issuing Notice Before Admission on 25.04.2016 granted time to Assistant Government Pleader for getting instructions. Even today, when the matter is called, he again sought time.

Since it is stated that the name of the petitioner is found in the 1-B Register and Adangal in respect of the above said land till 28.01.2015, it is open for the petitioner to make

an application before the 4th respondent stating the above facts. On such application being made by the petitioner, the 4th respondent shall consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law for restoration of petitioner's name in the online records within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
