THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2133 OF 2018 ORDER:

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to move an appropriate application as per law. Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to move an application as per law. The Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order filed in the Criminal Revision Case, to the petitioner.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
