THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.3218 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 09-09-2016 in Crl.M.P.No.551 of 2015 in D.V.C.No.8 of 2015 on the file of the II AJCJ-cum-XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally at Miyapur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. The Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the lower Court order to the petitioner as per procedure. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
