HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY C.C. No. 2063 of 2018 ORDER :

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders of this Court dated 04.04.2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.4724 of 2018, wherein and whereby this Court directed the respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2017 and take action, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Counter affidavit is filed stating that the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2017 was considered and passed orders on 28.08.2018.

No reply affidavit is filed by the petitioner disputing the same.

Since the representation of the petitioner was considered vide orders of the respondent dated 28.08.2018, I do not see any willful violation of orders passed by this Court. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the respondent dated 28.08.2018, if he is so advised.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
