O R D E R

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution arises out of the order dated 10.04.2017 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, in I.A.No.260 of 2017 in FCOP No.1429 of 2014. The said IA was filed by the petitioner herein, the father, seeking visiting rights or custody of the minor child, the second respondent, for a period of one month, i.e., 24.04.2017 to 23.05.2017. By the order under revision, the Family Court dismissed the I.A.

As the scope of the I.A. was limited to the period of one month, which has already expired by efflux of time, this civil revision petition does not survive for consideration on merits. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
