Counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw this appeal on the ground that the appellant wishes to avail the benefit under Sabka Vishwas (Legal Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019, which was notified by the Central Government in 2019-Budget. 2.

In that view of the matter, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal.

Accordingly, this Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to avail the remedy under Sabka Vishwas (Legal Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019 and to revive this Appeal in the event the matter is not settled under the said Scheme. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
