THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.36699 of 2015 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioners in this case is as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit it is prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to facilitate the petitioner to enter into their house bearing Dr.No.3-101 and Dr.No.8-150, Ontimamidi Village, Tondangi Mandal, East Godavari District, by removing the locks put by the 4th and 5th respondents illegally and crimes are registered against them in F.I.R.214/2015 and F.I.R.215/2015, and further to register the crime against the illegal threats of the 4th and 5th respondents in preventing the petitiones to enter into their house bearing Dr.No.3-101 and Dr.8-150, Ontimamidi Village, Tondangi Mandal, East Godavari District, in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of case."

As it was stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that a crime had been registered at the behest of the petitioners, a copy of the F.I.R. was directed to be produced. Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed before this Court a copy of the F.I.R. bearing No.227 of 2015 registered on the file of Thondangi Police Station under Sections 448 and 341 I.P.C. read with Section 34 I.P.C., wherein respondents 4 and 5 are shown as the accused.

In view of the aforestated development, Sri G.Rama Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
