SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.8139 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for relaxation of the conditions imposed by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar in Crl.M.P.No.4947 of 2017. The condition being that the petitioner should attend the police station on every Sunday. The said condition was imposed while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was abiding by the condition since its imposition, without any default. The public prosecutor does not give any adverse report with regard to compliance of the said condition. 4.

Hence, considering the above, this petition is allowed and the condition is relaxed.
