THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.33991 of 2017 (On being mentioned) ORDER:

After dictating the order yesterday, this Court got a doubt when signing the order with regard to the relief claimed in the light of the averments made in the affidavit and it is noticed that the petitioners while claiming to be owners of the vehicles already applied to this Court and got an order for release of the vehicles. There is no averment relating to the claim of ownership of the stock and the application filed before the authorities relates to the release of stock as well as vehicles. The case was directed to be posted today for being mentioned and it is accordingly listed. When this Court pointed out the same, learned Counsel for the petitioners wanted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition. In the circumstances, the order dictated by this Court on 11.10.

2017 is not signed, and the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
