This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 30-11-2017 pertaining to renewal of the D.B.B.L. gun license.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and take action accordingly. No order as to costs.
