The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, filed the present appeal assailing the order and decree dated 31.01.2012 passed by the Motor Accidents claims Tribunal - cum - XIII Additional Chief Judge, (Fast Track Court), City Civil court, Hyderabad in MVOP.No.1821 of 2010. At the request of both the counsel, matter was referred to Lok Adalat. The appellant - Corporation and the respondents - claimants, entered into a settlement and in pursuance of the same, Lok Adalat, organized by High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, passed award dated 14.07.2018.

The original of the award dated 14.07.2018, is made part of this order. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat dated 14.07.2018.
