This revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 01.11.2011 in I.A.No.324 of 2009 in O.S.No.326 of 2007 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, at Palkol, West Godavari District. As per office note, O.S.No.326 of 2007 was settled in Lok Adalath on 04.05.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note and as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
