ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioner/A.1 in Cr.No.89 of 2013 on the file of the Station House Officer, I Town Police Station, Vijayawada City, Krishna District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468,471,420,120-B,447,427 and 506 and 34 of I.P.C. on the report of the 2nd respondent. When the matter came up for hearing, the 1st respondent-State represented by the Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above crime, after completion of investigation, the police concerned filed referred report and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
