This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representation, dated 24.07.2018 of the petitioner's son i.e., Liyakath Ali Khan as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to extend the Parole of the petitioner's son for further period of 6 months.

2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the representation, dated 24.07.2018, of the petitioner's son for Parole is pending before the 2nd respondent and the 1st respondent has to consider the said representation.

3. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner's son i.e. Liyakath Ali Khan, dated 24.07.2018, in accordance with law.
