THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.5534 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue writ of certiorari and call for the records pertaining to the proceedings No.20804 / KNL/ AH/2008, dated 20-02-2009 on the file of the Director of Mines and Geology, Hyderabad, the 1st respondent and quash the impugned order, dated 2002-2009 to the extent of directing the petitioner not to operate the Quarry lease area till the land dispute between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 6 is settled in the competent Civil Court by holding that the same is illegal and arbitrary.

2. There is no interim order granted by this Court in the present writ petition.

3. Learned Government Pleader submits that the lease itself expired on 05-10-2011. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
