Heard.

2. Petitioners allege inaction on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders of the civil court viz., Junior Civil Judge, Huzurnagar in I.A.No.618 of 2014 in I.A.No.29 of 2013 in O.S.No.23 of 2013 dated 29.12.2014.

3. When this writ petition was heard on 04.02.2015 while granting time to the learned Assistant Government Pleader to get instructions, respondent No.4 was directed to implement the orders of the civil court in the meanwhile.

4. Instructions received by the learned Government Pleader show that in view of the orders of the civil court, referred to above, respondents have

granted police aid and protection to the petitioners on 10.02.2015 and to that effect an endorsement is also taken from the petitioners. It is also stated that petitioners' earlier complaint was registered as a case in crime no.79 of 2012 against one Pendem Venkateswarlu and investigation is under progress.

5. Since the police have accorded the protection to the petitioners in terms of the orders of the civil court, no further orders are required to be passed.

Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
