The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not completing the investigation in Crime No.84 of 2015 on the file of Vidavaluru Police Station, Vidavaluru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District and filing a final report before the competent Criminal Court.

2. The Sub-Inspector of Police, Vidavaluru Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, furnished written instructions dated 16.12.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home wherein he stated that Crime No.84 of 2015 was registered under Sections 323 and 448 IPC r/w 34 IPC upon the complaint made by the petitioner and investigation was taken up. Upon completion of the investigation the police authorities found that sufficient cause was made out for proceeding in the matter and accordingly laid a charge sheet on 30.09.2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First

Class, Kovvur and the same was taken on file vide C.C.No.604 of 2015.

3. In the light of the aforestated developments, the grievance of the petitioner as to the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities stand settled.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
