Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not disposing of the petitioner's representation dt.01.09.2015 to delete the name of petitioner's wife as nominee in the service record of the petitioner. 2.

Sri A.K.Jayaprakash Rao, Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2 states that the 1st respondent will take action on the petitioner's representation within a period of four

(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Revision shall stand closed.
