HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CONTEMPT CASE No.1315 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the writ petitioner alleging wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 18.11.2016, in W.P.No.10477 of 2010.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the respondents would submit that the orders of this Court are complied with and produced proceedings, dated 07.07.2017, of Regional Manager, Andhra Pradesh Sate Road Transport Corporation, Tirupathi, in proof thereof. A copy of the same is placed on record.

Though there is some delay in compliance, this Court is not inclined to take a serious view of the matter as it does not appear to be contumacious.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed.

It is needless to state that the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings afore-stated, if so desires and so advised. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
