ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that the petitioner's representation, dated 09.02.2012, made to respondent No.1 against respondent No.4 for allegedly using the brand name "New Kranti" in respect of paddy seeds, is not being disposed of.

Though the Writ Petition was filed more than three years back, as per the information furnished by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture (Telangana), the petitioner's representation is not disposed of by respondent No.1 so far.

In my opinion, there is no justification for respondent No.1 in sitting over the representation of the petitioner for more than three years. Respondent No.1 is, therefore, directed to consider the petitioner's representation, take appropriate decision thereon, after notice to both parties, and communicate the decision so taken to both parties within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of

this order.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
