Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5. When the matter is taken up, proceedings in RC.No.A2/ 184/ 2017, dated 04.08.2018, of the Prohibition & Excise Superintendent, Amalapuram, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. By the aforesaid proceedings, the Prohibition & Excise Superintendent, Amalapuram, rejected the request of the 6th respondent. In view of the same, nothing survives in the present writ petition for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
