HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO AS MP No.2432 of 2015 and A.S. No.115 of 2015 JUDGMENT:

Appellants 1 to 22 filed a Memo stating that they sold the property to the 23rd appellant under a registered sale deed dated 10.11.2008 and therefore, the appeal filed by them may be dismissed as not pressed as against them. The memo is accordingly recorded and the appeal filed by appellants 1 to 22 is dismissed as not pressed.

Sri M.V.S.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel filed special vakalat for respondents 2 and 3. The appellant No.23, Respondents 1, 4 and 5 are present in person before this court.

The terms of the compromise have been read over and explained to the parties to the compromise. They agreed for the terms in memorandum of compromise and therefore, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise and ASMP No.2432 of 2015 is ordered and there shall be a decree in terms of the compromise. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.

The office is directed to furnish the copy of the decree to the parties within a period of two weeks.
