ORDER:

Heard.

The petitioners allege that the Government has assigned house site pattas to an extent of Ac.0-03 cents to each of them vide Patta No.Rc.1917/81C, dated 25-011984. It is stated that though the petitioners never violated the conditions of assignment, the respondents are making hectic efforts to dispossess them from their houses and assign the same to other persons.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions from the 5th respondent, which state that out of 140 plots allotted only 14 beneficiaries have constructed houses and remaining plots are kept vacant. However, no action is initiated against the petitioners, as on today and if the 5th respondent intends to take any action, the same would be done after following due process of law. Since no action is initiated against the petitioners as on today and since the 5th respondent states that he would follow due process of law, if he intends to take any action against the petitioners, the same is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
