This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.1526 of 2014 in C.C.No.523 of 2011 on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Anakapalle. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the criminal petition has become infructuous. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
