THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.5128 of 2011 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed assailing the judgment dated 27.10.2011 of the learned Additional District Judge, SPSR Nellore District, passed in CMA.no.23 of 2011 whereby the learned Additional District Judge, while allowing the said appeal had set aside the order and decretal order dated 03.03.2011 of the learned III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Nellore, passed in IA.no.1258 of 2010 in OS.no.1023 of 2010 and directed both the parties to main status quo obtaining as on the date of filing of the suit.

The note of the Registry would show that as per the computer cause list, the afore-said Suit itself was disposed of on 09.09.2015. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
