Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.19833 of 2014 dated 16.07.2014.

Sri S.Lakshminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3, has also not disputed the same. In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the order dated 16.07.2014 in W.P.No.19833 of 2014, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
