All these Writ Petitions are being disposed of by way of common order as the issue raised in all these Writ Petitions is one and the same.

Heard Sri P.Rama Sharana Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for General Administration, appearing for the 1st respondent and the learned Government Pleader for School Education, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 6.

For the sake of convenience, the facts in W.P.No.36587 of 2021 are hereunder discussed.

It has been contended by the petitioner that she is working as School Assistant and the respondents have not considered the case of the petitioner for transfer as per the options exercised by the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.317 dt.06-12-2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the petitioner's husband is working in Khammam District and as per the guidelines of appendix appended to the said G.O., it is made clear that after allotment, if the spouses working in the State

AKS,J W.P.Nos.36587 of 2021 & batch Government, Local Bodies and State Government Institutions are allotted to different cadres, an option will be provided to apply for change of cadre. Subject to administrative needs and availability of vacancies, and, as far as practicable, spouses will be accommodated in one local cadre.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that contrary to the above said guideline, the case of the petitioner was not considered and she was allotted to Bhadradri Kothagudem. In those set of circumstances, the petitioner has submitted representation to the respondents on 24-12-2021 requesting the respondents to reconsider her case in terms of the guideline No.23 of the appendix appended to the said G.O. But so far, the respondents have not passed any orders on the said representation. 7.

Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that appropriate orders be passed in all these Writ Petitions directing the respondents to reconsider the cases of the petitioners and pass orders on the representations of the petitioners submitted on 24-12-2021.

Learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing for the respondents has contended that since the petitioners' representations are pending with the respondents, the respondents would consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the rival submissions made by the parties, this Court is of the considered view that these Writ Petitions can be disposed of directing the respondents to reconsider the cases of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders on the representations dt.24-12-2021 submitted by the petitioners on or before 30-12-2021 itself.

With the aforementioned directions, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
