This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of respondents 2 and 3 against respondents 4 to 12 in pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 13-09-2017 and 07-11-2017.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader basing on written instructions submits that basing on the complaints filed by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.596 of 2018, dated 19-08-2018 was registered against respondents 4 to 12 and a copy of F.I.R. is also produced to that effect.
