The case of the petitioners is that their representations dated 20-04-2015 and 12-10-2015 are not disposed of for making entries in revenue record relating to the subject property in their favour. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue says that no application is made in proper format as per rules.

Learned counsel for the petitioners says that the petitioners may be given liberty to make application in proper formant.
