HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.5624 of 2011 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to call for the records in W.C.No.89 of 2005 on the file of Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour -II, RTC Cross Roads, Hyderabad and to quash the award dated 15.06.2009 passed in the above case.

2. When the matter was listed on 27.07.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and to give one more opportunity, the matter was listed under the caption for dismissal.

3. Inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For dismissal", today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
