The petitioner challenges the proceedings Ref.V7/615/2013, dated 08/7/2014 through which the second respondent has cancelled written test held on 29/6/2014. The decision of third respondent is appealable. The factual and legal objection now the petitioner intends to canvass in the writ petition can certainly be gone into by the appellate authority. The petitioner intends to avail the remedy of appeal. Writ Petition is dismissed by leaving it open to the petitioner to work out remedy of appeal and all the factual and legal contentions are kept open for consideration by the appellate authority. If the petitioner intends to avail appeal, six weeks time is granted from today.

2. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
