THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.1478 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed on 17-08-2015 in W.P.No.24547 of 2015.

Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent. By way of the above said order, this Court disposed of the writ petition, directing the Tahasildar, Yeldurthi Mandal, Medak District, to pass appropriate orders with regard to issuing of no objection certificate in respect of the land admeasuring 4 Hectares in Sy.No.580, Kukunoor village, Yeldurthi Mandal, Medak District.

When the matter is called today, it is submitted by learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent that vide proceedings No.B/93/2014, dated 26-08-2016 the Tahsildar, Yeldurthy Mandal rejected the application of the petitioner herein for grant of No Objection Certificate and a copy of the same is also placed on record. In view of the above, the Contempt Case is dismissed, with a liberty to the petitioner herein to assail the above said

proceedings, if she is advised to do so, in the appropriate forum of law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. There shall be no order as to costs.
