THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21490 OF 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.3 in not considering the application of the petitioner for mutation of her name in the revenue records and issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.4-24 guntas in Survey No.61 situated at Brahmanpally Village, Toopran Mandal, Medak District, as illegal and arbitrary. The case of the petitioner is that she purchased the subject land by virtue of registered sale deed bearing document No.6153/2014, dated 08.05.2014, from its lawful owners. Thereafter, she made an online application on 13.08.2015 under Section 4 (1) of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, for mutation of her name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject land. As no action has been taken yet, the present Writ Petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent No.3 is directed to dispose of the application, dated 13.08.2015, of the petitioner in accordance with law
and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
