This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, under Section 24 of CPC, is filed by the petitioner/ wife to withdraw HMOP No.51 of 2016 pending on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool and transfer to the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at Miyapur, on various grounds. Sri U. Ramanjaneyulu, learned counsel for the respondent/ husband reported no objection for withdrawal and transfer of the case to the Judge, Family Court, Rangareddy District at Miyapur. In view of no objection reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed withdrawing HMOP No.51 of 2016 pending on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool and transfer to the Judge, Family court, Rangareddy District at Miyapur, for trial and disposal in accordance with law. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
