Since the petitioner was appointed as School Assistant Mathematics (Urdu Medium) by order dt.22.01.2015 in Roc.No.2751/C3/2012, the learned counsel for the petitioner represented that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition and endorses the same on the bundle. Hence, in view of appointment of the petitioner as School Assistant Mathematics (Urdu Medium), no further orders need be passed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. The above order will have no affect on the appointment of the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
