HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.9719 of 2014 ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioners/A.2 to A.4 would represent that the present petition has become infructuous in view of filing of charge sheet by the Investigating Officer.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nellore, has taken cognizance and assigned C.C.No.851 of 2015 and even the matter was compromised before the Lok Adalat by passing an award dated 20.01.2016.

In view of the submissions made by both sides, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
