THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23065 OF 2013 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Home.
The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: "to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take immediate action towards the complaint of the petitioners dated 16.07.2013 lodged under the provisions of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act against the respondent No.7."
During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Pleader for Home that pursuant to the complaint dated 16.07.2013, the 6th respondent has already taken action by entering in the General Diary and caused enquiries. During the course of enquiry, the 6th respondent noticed that certain civil suits are pending between the petitioners and respondents 7 & 8 and accordingly, further orders will be passed as per law.
In view of the above, no orders are required in the writ petition and the same is accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO,J 31st OCTOBER 2018.
