THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3942 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging inaction on the part of the Court of Principal District Judge, Khammam (the appellate court) in passing the orders in I.A. SR No.3474 of 2016 in CMA SR No.3472 of 2016.

When the matter is called for hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the appellate court may be directed to dispose of the I.A. as early as possible. 3.

Having regard to the nature of the relief sought, without going into the merits of the case, the appellate court is hereby directed to dispose of I.A. SR No.3474 of 2016 in CMA SR No.3472 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, the civil revision petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the revision petition shall stand closed.
