THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29556 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. The case of the petitioner is that she is the absolute owner and possessor of the lands admeasuring Acs.6.70 cents in Survey No.153 and Acs.11.60 cents in Survey No.196/1 situated at Itugallapadu Village Fields, Sri Avadutha Kasinayana Mandal, Y.S.R. District, and she has been issued pattadar pass book and title deeds and her name has been recorded in the revenue records. She further states that when she made an application dated 25.08.2016 for issuance of Form-1B in Mee Seva before the 4th respondent, she came to know that without assigning any reason and without putting her on notice, the 4th respondent has deleted the entries relating to the subject lands. Hence, this Writ Petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that some third parties have also made application claiming rights over the subject lands on the basis of assignment and therefore the entries relating to the subject lands were deleted. Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application dated 25.08.2016 filed by petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, after issuing notice

to the affected parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the 4th respondent is directed not to upload entries in respect of above subject land. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
