HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27726 OF 2018 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in threatening the petitioner to vacate the subject property.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on the complaint of the 6th respondent a case in Crime No.224/2016 was registered against the petitioner and another; that after investigation a report was filed before the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Bellampalli on 31.5.2017, referring the said case as 'False'; that the respondent police never asked the petitioner to vacate the subject property; that the dispute between the petitioner and 6th respondent is purely civil in nature; and that the respondent police are no way concerned with the said issue.
Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the respondent police shall not interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and 6th respondent. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
