ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in calling the petitioner to the police station, harassing and threatening him to pay Rs.2,00,00,000/- to the 4th respondent, as arbitrary and illegal.

counter-affidavit is filed on behalf of the 3rd respondent stating that the petitioner herein is A4 in Cr.No.151 of 2016. On 12.8.2016, A1 in the said crime, was arrested and produced before the II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. The petitioner was also arrested on 21.10.2016 and was remanded to judicial custody and on interrogation, he confessed the commission of offence and investigation is in progress.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. However, without harassing the petitioner, the 3rd respondent shall investigate the crime, in accordance with law.
