This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner/A.1, under Sections 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Cr.No.172 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, I Town Police Station, Adilabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 332 r/w 34 of IPC.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
