This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents on the representation dated 25-07-2018 made by the petitioner for providing police protection to the life and property and seeking fair investigation in Cr.No.102 of 2018 of Kadthal, Cyberabad.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of one K.Ajay, a case was registered in Cr.No.101 of 2018 against the petitioner and basing on another complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.102 of 2018 was registered against one K.Ajay and others. It is also stated that the petitioner has to approach civil Court for providing police protection in respect of his land. Since learned counsel for the petitioner says that the application of the petitioner may be considered to the extent of granting protection to his life and liberty, the concerned Deputy Commissioner of Police, Shamshabad is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25-07-2018 in accordance with law and take action accordingly.
