HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10514 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A1 to A3 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.166 of 2013 on the file of Siddipet I Town Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offences under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 17.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Siddipet I Town Police Station, Siddipet District and submitted that after filing of charge sheet, C.C.No.76 of 2013 was registered and the same was ended in acquittal vide judgment dated 11.12.2015 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.166 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
