The case of the petitioner he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.3.10 cents in Sy.No.70/A1B3 and Ac.1.01 cents in Sy.No.63/A1 situated at Padedempadu Gram Panchayat, Padidempadu Village Fields, R.Rudravaram Mazara, Kurnool Mandal, Kurnool Sub-Division, Kurnool District having purchased the same through registered sale deed dated 04.02.2015 vide document No.754/2015. Thereafter, he made an application in form 6-A through online for mutation of his name in the revenue records on 25.05.2016 for issuance of E-Passbook. But till today, the respondents neither mutated the name of the petitioner in revenue records nor issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the subject land. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the application made by the petitioner on 25.05.2016 is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to dispose of the same.

In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application made by the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law and thereafter communicate the same to the petitioner.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 22-06-2016 dv
