HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.27087 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by non-registration of FIR pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner on 06-05-2017 and 29-06-2017.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the 3rd respondent has not received any complaints alleged to have been made by the petitioner and he also enquired from the office the 2nd respondent and found that there are no such complaints made by the petitioner. It is also stated that if the petitioner approaches respondent-police with any fresh complaint, they will take necessary action.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to make fresh complaint and on making such complaint, the respondent-police shall take appropriate action in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
